Big Nice Space is a visual arts studio in an open floor plan housed within the same building as Big Nice Studio. We’re a community oriented shared space. Feel free to keep your area open or partition it off as you see fit. Managed and operated by the folks from Big Nice - we plan on growing this space in a slow and measured way with feedback and collaboration from resident artists. Leases are available for 6 or 12 month stays starting at $125 with 135ft².

Rules
Working medium restrictions include anything requiring high ventilation, that create high particulate matter, or generate noise. Artists are welcome to partition their spaces with anything from simple curtains to fully framed drywall.
quiet work only - we share walls with 2 recording studios which require sound lock (no machinery, loud woodworking, etc)
all solvents and chemicals must be properly cleaned and stored
do no harm, nothing to impede on other artists in the space
all electricity use restricted to the time you’re in the space - no running electronics of any kind unattended
no food storage
